This hullmod is an Hull Alteration. Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Description

	Increases the ships deployment cost by 5 or 30%, based on which one is larger. This is calculated with the hulls base deployment cost. 10% weapon damage 20% weapon firerate 15% increased weapon range 25% increased armor and hitpoints 25% increased flux dissipation & capacity 15% decreased max speed 15% decreased maneuverability
