Unaffected Deployment

This hullmod is an Hull Alteration. Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Description

	Prevents any other sources (i.e hullmods, skills) from reducing the ships peak performance time. This negation may not be shown correctly in the ships statcard.
