This hullmod is an Hull Alteration.
Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Installs experimental components in to the ships flux grid. This increases the ships perceived timeflow by up to a maximum of 25% depending on the ships current flux level. |
