This hullmod is an Hull Alteration. Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Description

The ship receives improved maintenance and uses better performing components.This causes the ship to perform better in combat.
The ship gains an additional 100 / 150 / 250 / 350 units of armor. Its max speed is increased by 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 and it receives an increase in flux dissipation of 5%.

Can be found as random loot in the Abyssal Depths.
