Punitive Cryostation

Description

This is an encounter from the Relics of the Past expansion.
One of it can spawn within any fringe-sector system.

The punitive cryostation allows acquiring one of three unique officers, each with their own personality, skill and backstory on how they ended up there.
As there is only one of this station per sector, the skills not choosen can not be acquired again. The skills and personalities are:

• Maverick (Reckless)
• Maintaining Momentum (Aggressive)
• Perfect planning (Steady)

All of them have a maximum level of 7.
This can not be inreased by skills.
