This hullmod is an Hull Alteration.
Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Stabilises the ships phase cloak, increasing the phase timeflow by 50%. The stabiisation also decreases the flux generated by the cloak by 25% |
