Description

This is an encounter from the Abyssal Depths.
It can appear anywhere within the deeper levels of the abyss, where it spawns in a random position, not orbiting a source of light.

The encounter allows installing a single copy of Ordnance Redistributor on to a single, non capital ship of choice.
