How to Acquire
This weapon can be found on fleets in the Abyssal Depths.
Effect
Impacts on hull or armor add a stack of instability to the target, each stack lasts 3 seconds and increases the damage taken by hull and armor by 0.5. A ship can have at most 30 stacks.
