How to Acquire
This is a weapon from the Exotech Expansion.
It can either be bought from an Exoship or looted from their fleets.
Effect
The phase-grid implemented in to the weapons body has unique effects on its ammunition. All projectiles fired home on to nearby targets.
The recharge rate for ammunition is twice as fast while phased, but the maximum amount of charges can not be increased.
