This item is a Forge Asissted industry blueprint.
When it is used to construct an industry on a colony, the item is used up, and can only be recovered by demolishing the industry.

An item from the Relics of the Past expansion.
It can be acquired from the Damaged Domain-era Cryosleeper encounter.

	Sends expeditions to uninhabited planets in nearby starsystems. The fleets collect resources and attempt to make their way back to the colony. On succesful return it will unload the resources and distribute its findings through the industry, the acquirred materials being determined by the properties of the planet the expedition visited.
