This hullmod is an Hull Alteration. Hull Alterations are consumeable Hullmods that can be found within the different expansions of the mod.
To install a hull alteration, navigate to a ships refit screen and select the "Additional Options" button at the top of the screen.

Description

Integrates an additional delta-level AI in to the ship, which can assist the ship with a single elite skill.
The skill is only applied if the officer does not already have it.

The skill can be choosen from the "Additional Options" button at the top of the refit screen if this alteration is installed.

Can rarely be found as random loot in the Abyssal Depths.
